NESHAP Media Kit

Remember Lincoln Electric's Weld Fume Control awareness campaign, “Are You Ready?” This program addressed the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) regulations as it pertained to Hexavalent Chromium Standards requiring engineering and work practice controls to be in effect on or before May 31, 2010. Phase 2.0 of Lincoln Electric's “Are You Ready?” campaign is similarly intended to reach U.S. fabricators and focuses on the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations that will require compliance by July 25, 2011.

The phase 2.0 campaign resources provided below are designed to help fabricators understand the regulation details, requirements and compliance dates associated with the EPA National Emissions Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) regulation as it pertains to Metal Fabrication Hazardous Air Pollutants (MFHAPs). This includes background on the regulation, educational resources for metal manufacturers and fabricators as well as information on available Lincoln Electric products that aid in weld fume removal and control.
