Lincoln Electric Now Offers 4C™ Lens Technology on Select VIKING™ Auto-Darkening Welding Helmets

Cleveland – The new 4C™ lens technology upgrade to Lincoln Electric’s VIKING™ welding helmets provides a filtering lens with the clearest view of the welding puddle on the market today.

The 4C stands for the following attributes: Available on the 1840, 2450 and 3350 series helmets, this new technology reduces eye strain by minimizing the traditional green coloring in the helmet view screen in both active and inactive states. 4C technology is ideal for a range of industries that use multiple welding processes, such as stick, MIG and TIG, including general fabrication, power generation, shipbuilding, structural, offshore and pipeline.

All three VIKING series with 4C lens technology feature tilt adjustment to meet each user’s specific ergonomic needs. The pivot-style headgear distributes weight evenly and is balanced for all-day use. Users also will enjoy optimal performance with the fastest switching speeds, largest viewing area and no flickering in low-amp TIG applications.
