About Joe Sylvester
Joe Sylvester's passion for anything with a motor started back when he was about five years old. Growing up around his family's construction company, Joe was always fascinated with heavy machinery, dirt bikes, and of course, monster trucks. Always an adrenaline junky, he participated in every type of motor sport he could throughout his teen years from motocross to drag racing, to go-karts. Although, his passion was always monster trucks and every truck he owned was lifted.

In 2005, Joe worked around the professional monster truck industry and at the beginning of 2006, decided to put together his own professional monster truck team. At only 25 years old, Joe Sylvester is the youngest independent professional monster truck driver and team owner in the country. After competing all over the country and abroad for two years, with the help of Boardman Steel, Joe decided to build a brand new truck for the 2009 season.
